Some of you might be interested in this call for a research team to prepare a report on international good practice on human rights-compliant legislation on sexual offences, in particular to ensure it does not discriminate against women and girls or LGBT people.  The report is being commissioned by the Equality and Justice Alliance (Kaleidoscope Trust, Human Dignity Trust, Sisters for Change and the Royal Commonwealth Society) following a major grant by the UK Foreign Office.

The objective of the research is to provide an authoritative, Commonwealth-focused analysis of human rights-compliant sexual offences legislation, which can be used to inform, educate and inspire government actors from around the Commonwealth seeking to embark on law reform in these areas.

Please share with your networks as appropriate. Deadline for proposals is 16 Sept.
